Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: April 8, 2025
1. In‑App Request
Log in to your HealthPilot.ai account.
Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.
All associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., healthcare compliance).
2. Email Request
If you are unable to access your account, you may send a deletion request via email:
Write to support@healthpilot.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address and phone number for verification.
Our team will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days
3. WhatsApp Messaging Data
If you have opted in to WhatsApp messaging, you may also request deletion of your messaging data by:
Replying DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number.
This will trigger a confirmation flow, and once verified, your WhatsApp messaging data will be deleted.
4. Exceptions
Certain data may be retained for:
Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Security, fraud prevention, or audit requirements.
Aggregated, non‑identifiable analytics data
5. Confirmation
Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message stating that your data has been deleted.
6. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
