SaaS Platform Use and Intellectual Property Terms

Welcome to the HealthPilot platform. Please read the following terms carefully. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding intellectual property, patient data, and platform usage.

Platform Ownership and SaaS Model

HealthPilot is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product developed and operated by BotCode Group of companies. The platform is designed to support healthcare professionals in clinical intake, workflow configuration, inferencing, and broader clinic management.

Client Autonomy and Clinical Content

Each client using the HealthPilot platform maintains full control over the content they upload. This includes clinical protocols, treatment standards, and documents related to standards of care. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective client and is not shared across the platform.

Standards of Care and Clinical Practices

HealthPilot allows clinicians to integrate either publicly available clinical standards or their own internally developed protocols that demonstrate repeatable clinical results. The platform supports informed, customized workflows for each practice.

Eligibility and Access

Access to the HealthPilot platform is limited to licensed medical professionals and institutions that meet BotCode Group of companies's professional and compliance criteria. Applications are screened to ensure legitimate use by the medical community.

Institutional Users

In addition to individual healthcare providers and clinics, HealthPilot is designed to support a variety of institutional users:

  • Educational Institutions: Schools, colleges, and universities can implement HealthPilot to provide comprehensive healthcare automation, enhancing student wellbeing through accessible medical support and streamlined health services.
  • Corporate Customers: Companies and corporate organizations can offer enhanced employee healthcare experiences through integrated healthcare services powered by HealthPilot.
  • Medical Universities: We partner with medical universities to equip their outgoing workforce with cutting-edge AI tools, ensuring new practitioners can practice with confidence and grow with guidance from day one in their careers.

Institutional users are subject to the same data privacy, security, and compliance standards as individual healthcare providers, with additional considerations for scale and multi-user access controls.

Pilot Clients and Support

Selected pilot clients may receive enhanced onboarding support and guided adoption. After the onboarding phase, they will continue on a self-service basis. All users benefit from our SaaS model designed for flexibility and scalability.

All patient data collected through HealthPilot is handled in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your region.

Analogy for Platform Use

HealthPilot functions similarly to Microsoft 365: BotCode Group of companies provides the software tools (e.g., Word, Excel equivalents), but all documents and configurations created by users belong solely to the user. HealthPilot does not access, share, or reuse client content for any other party.
