1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HealthPilot.ai (“Platform”), operated by BotCode Web Integrations Solutions Private Limited, a registered company in Chennai, India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a healthcare provider or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
3. Scope of Service
HealthPilot.ai provides healthcare software‑as‑a‑service tools for data management, analytics, and patient engagement.
The Platform is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. WhatsApp Messaging
HealthPilot.ai uses the WhatsApp Business API to communicate with users.
Opt‑In Requirement: You will only receive WhatsApp messages after providing explicit consent.
Message Types: Appointment reminders, health updates, and service notifications.
Opt‑Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting support.
Use of WhatsApp messaging is subject to WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms.
5. Data Privacy & Security
We collect and process personal data in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.
Purpose: Data is used solely to deliver services, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations.
Third‑Party Processing: We may use authorized vendors (including Meta Platforms Inc.) to process data under strict confidentiality agreements.
Security: We implement industry‑standard safeguards to protect your data.
6. User Responsibilities
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Ensure accuracy of data entered into the Platform.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding on HealthPilot.ai are the property of BotCode Web Integration Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the Platform for lawful purposes
8. Payment & Subscription
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur.
10. Limitation of Liability
HealthPilot.ai is not liable for medical outcomes, decisions, or damages resulting from reliance on the Platform.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
